Art Deco alabaster table- and desk lamp.

Alabaster is a light and relatively soft material that can be turned into all sorts of shapes.
It was often used for vases and lighting in the 1930s and 1940s as the light can be seen through and gives fine formations and highlights the variations of the material.

This lamp is most likely made in France or Italy, with a small possibility of Denmark.
