About the Item
This is an antique Morris Chair from the early 1900s by “Lakeside,” the paper label is missing but you can see a shadow of a paper label. The chair has slats to the sides and the original golden oak finish. The lather seat and the back cushion looks great leather and added later time but they are not original.

The spring seat had been adjusted before we sent the chair for upholstery. The leather used was hand spun and very soft. The filling is only cotton and hair (NO Foam). The chair can be adjusted to 3 different levels.

We will ship this piece either directly to your home (in Northeast US) or via freight. (You can also pick it up at our retail shop.) It will then be delivered to a freight terminal near you where you must then pick it up. Unless the piece is delivered directly to your home, it must be picked up at the freight terminal. We will send you contact information for the terminal, along with documents showing the tracking number.
SHIPPING to the lower 48 states is just $490. We will ship it via freight (meaning by truck) to the freight terminal nearest you. We will provide the tracking number and the address to pick it up. We pack our furniture very well, using a box significantly larger than your purchase, then fill it to the top with foam.
