This is antique chests of drawers was crafted in the Late Meiji Era(1868-1912).

The aged texture of the cedar wood gives this chest a sense of depth and warmth. The black urushi (Japanese lacquer), partially retained, creates a striking contrast with the cedar wood. Featuring 14 drawers, it offers excellent storage capacity, making it ideal for organization. Additionally, the traditional Japanese-style handles are neatly arranged, adding a visually appealing accent. This piece harmoniously combines the practicality and aesthetic charm unique to antiques.

As a vintage piece, minor scratches and marks may be present, each adding to its unique charm and the story it tells over time.
