This is a rustic vintage Hollywood Regency carved walnut marble-top credenza with French taste. It is American or European, circa 1930s, The fittings and the carved touches are exquisite.
With lift-off rouge-marble top, over a case fitted with two short drawers with cast brass pulls and two recessed cupboard doors with cast brass appliqu medallions and cast brass pulls opening to a shelved interior, on short stylized toupie feet.. This piece is unmarked. It is in very good condition for its age with a lovely mellow patina and minor surface fading, also commensurate to age and use. This is an interesting art deco cabinet with original handles and drawer pulls. There are two shelves that lift off.
