Antique 19th Century French oval gold leaf gilt mirror with a basket fruit and flower shaped crest.
A beautiful antique oval mirror that was made in France, circa 1880.
The mirror frame is decorated with an elegant top ornament in the form of a basket that is filled with fruits and ears of corn.
The mirror itself has a bevel and is in a very good antiques state. No restorations or alterations have been made.
The mirror contains its original wooden back and original antique mirror glass.
Wear is consistent with age and use. Overall good condition, with usual wear, scratches, minor losses to gilding and (very) small weathered spots in the glass.
