This is a natural product therefore variation in texture, wool pile, density, color, and markings are all classified as natural characteristics.

Product care:
Vacuum on low setting.
Brush with a pet brush to smooth out wool.
Shake or air outside in shade.
Spot clean only with a damp cloth in clean lukewarm water with a gentle wool wash detergent. Do not submerge into water or wash. Do not apply chemical agents to the wool. Professional Dry clean only. Do not steam clean. Do not apply heat
