About the Item

A small and plain wall mirror with underlying shelf for your bathroom smalls. It is made from oak. It has been used on a Danish navy ship in the chefs cabin at the stern. So it says to its backside in Danish. It all makes sense since the raised edges to the shelf is made to its contents in place under stormy weather. It is mounted flush to the wall via its two brass ‘eyes’ – at the top and bottom. It has an honest, unpretentious and strictly practical charm to it. It was carpenter made in Denmark circa 1930.
