Pewter Swedish Modern table lamp from the 1930s in an Art Deco style. Most likely Swedish. A nice and clean typical Art Deco design with a globe shaped form at the bottom of the stem just above the round base. White pleated shade. This model has on a few occasions been attributed to Swedish manufacturer CG Hallberg and designer Elis Bergh. But we have not been able to confirm those attributions. Very good and honest vintage condition with normal light ware consistent with age and use. The later pleated shade has a bit of patina.
